Welcome to Little House Interiors

We’re Imogen and Tom - renovators, DIY enthusiasts, and the couple behind @thelittlehouseinlondon. Our journey began when we bought our first home together - a dated, tiny two-up, two-down Victorian terrace in East London, where we spent five years transforming every inch. It needed everything doing to it - from rewiring, to reconfiguring, to redecorating, not one thing stayed the same. At every opportunity, we had to be resourceful and creative to make the most of our small home, and our limited budget, to turn it into a beautiful and functional space for us as a family.

Then, in 2024, we made the bold decision to leave London behind and move nearly 300 miles north to Newcastle upon Tyne, to be near family and friends. Now, we’re taking on our second renovation - this time, a beautiful Edwardian terrace that we hope to turn into our forever family home.

The people behind Little House Interiors

Imogen is a marketing professional working for a children’s charity, and Tom is a structural engineer, having worked on construction projects all around the world. Together, we live in Newcastle upon Tyne with our daughter and cocker spaniel.
